Main Speasart Bahn 2021 Timetable

Most of us know that Main Speasart Bahn doesn’t take place in the present time period. I think there should be a timetable that puts it in the present time period. It would either simply skip stations that aren’t served anymore, or adjust it to get rid of them and make them look like how they are now. The timetable would also add the BR 425 as it runs on the route.

 

I doubt this would happen as the Spessart ramp was completely rerouted, the section of line we do banking services on in TSW was closed when the new line opened. The only way a 2021 timetable would work is if DTG went back and altered the route to match how it is current day.

 

I don't see what's wrong with the current timetable. I really enjoyed it on TSW2020 and I think it's quite good.
And as SonicScott91 says, the route has received many changes since, so it wouldn't be practical.

 

The new timetable is not relevant to the route as it is in TSW. There is now a tunnel that bypasses the mountain, so a large portion of the route in TSW is now gone.

 

When is MSB set in TSW ?

 

Would not work because DTG will need to add in Falkenberg Tunnel which has the new Heigenbrücken Station on the Eastern End. The game has Schwarzkopf Tunnel and the old Heigenbrücken Station which closed from June 14-20th 2017.

Good idea but DTG will retain Spessart Ramp and give the DB BR425 Frankfurt Am Main RMV decals to operate on Main Spessart Bahn. Video is from 2016 by BahnFilmer of DB BR425 Heigenbrücken to Aschaffenburg. Segment in the video is currently operated in game by DB BR146.2 if Hamburg-Lübeck is Owned DB BR112 can operate there using same Doppelstockwagen as DB BR146.2

 

2017 I think. Just before the spessart ramp is closed and re routed.
