Claaaaaaaaagggg !!!!!! LOL The AP Class 37 was never in the running to win the "ECO friendly Engine Of The Year" Award

A Southern Pacific Cab Forward teams up with a Union Pacific Challenger to haul military equipment over Donner Pass
Class 47 lost in the Cornish landscape (NOTE: If you want to see a painting-style image edit for this screenshot, see this link.
Thanks. To be super-clear: The "bonus" is not part of the competition entry, just me playing around with image editing and wanting to share the fun with you guys. Only the actual screenshot is part of the competition entry.
Uh, no? Having that capability of painting a screenshot is out of this world. It's a painting OF a screenshot, so its still a screenshot. You deserve to win.
I really want to be judged in the competition only based on the actual screenshot. I just wanted to share the fun, not to get aqn edge on other participants in any way. Ok, I think I will move the painting-style image to the "Train Simulator 2021 Screenshots" thread to avoid confusion. I will leave only the actual screenshot in this thread. Sorry for the mess.
A Union Pacific Stack train heads towards Tehachapi on a partly cloudy morning with a trio of AC44's on point.
A Northern Spirit Pacer crosses over the viaduct at Durham heading towards Darlington and Middlesbrough. Couldn't resist a bit of Pacer action.
Seeing as though I can't use this shot in any official contest, I thought I'd put it here. A Virgin Voyager passes a shipwreck on the North Wales coastal route
And for my final entry, A class 158 passes over the Knaresborough viaduct on the Harrogate Loop on a beautiful day.
Not really certain taht I would win, but in any event just wanted to let you all know that I will be away from my internet from now till Monday afternoon.
Hi folks Decision time has arrived, damn this is hard having to choose a winner. Right here we go:- In 3rd Place, NEC Railfan with this stunning shot of U36Bs and SD40-2s in pairs, you could easily mistake this for a real photo. In 2nd Place, Ardaeshir with Lost in Cornwall, and as for the painting style edit, well WOW, you could have included that in the comp as well, because anything goes here. And finally the winner for this week is:- Masire_ with this cracking combination of a Light Pacific & 9F. Love the low down viewpoint and how you captured the flock of birds circling above. Well done, you have the honour of chosing next weeks theme and picking a winner.
Must also give a special mention to Nick Y for this wonderful landscape shot of the Harrogate Loop and to JGRudnick for this pair of GP40-2s and finally to Craigie-C for this atmospheric trackside maintenance capture. A big thank you to everyone for taking the time to share your efforts with us all. I really enjoyed all of your contributions.
