My suggestion! It would be great to have a route in The Netherlands! So many cool looking trains.

Maastricht - Eindhoven (IC Train V-IRM) and (ICM also known as Koploper)
This service goes all the way from Maastricht to Alkmaar via Amsterdam but that would be a 3 hour journey.

After all it's 'Train Sim World' and for The Netherlands to be a part of the game would be really great. In all the previous parts of Train Simulator there was no dutch route which is a bit of a shame. At least I hope you guys enjoy the cabride video from Eindhoven to Maastricht below.

    STOPS:
    Maastricht
    - Maastricht Noord - Bunde - Beek Elsloo - Geleen Lutterade (IC Train doesn't stop at these stations)
Sittard - Susteren - Echt (IC Train doesn't stop at these stations)
    Roermond
    Weert
    - Maarheeze - Heeze - Geldrop (IC Train doesn't stop at these stations)
    Eindhoven

    Train Station of Maastricht.

These train are also on the route but they are 'Sprinters' and stop at every station present.

    Information about the trains.

And here is a cabview. It's from Eindhoven to Maastricht, so the other way around.

Zwolle-Roosendaal looks to me also like a good route.

That is a very long route. 2 hours 42 minutes. But that also looks great!

I would love a Dutch route, especially since until now Dovetail did never make any, and there are lots of great trains as you can see from Dennis screenshots.
Any Dutch route would be great, but especially the Maastricht-Eindhoven would be my favorite and I would buy this, because that does even not exist in custom made train routes for train simulator.

A Dutch route would be very nice indeed! And perhaps Christrains can build the trains since he has already a lot of experience building them for TS2017.

Chris said that he isn't going to do anything with TSW untill we get 3rd party dev kit's. ''but they still have no support for third party developers so until that happens I'm not even looking at it.'' comment can be found on this video:

I totally would pay for this route! It would be great to see the Netherlands in TS in general. One of the most dense and busy train networks in the world :).

Actually a Dutch pay route for TS2018 would be good as well. Any ideas why there hasn’t been one? It’s a real pity because as people say Chris Trains has over the years produced some great rolling stock.

The proposed route might be a little long for TSW though. Wouldn’t something like Amsterdam to Rotterdam be an idea with perhaps an extension out to Schiphol?

If you ask me, the first route they should do is the Hogesnelheidslijn Zuid (I'm Dutch myself). From Watergraafsmeer, to Amsterdam Centraal, then to Schiphol, and then via the Hogesnelheidslijn Zuid, to Rotterdam. Hopefully Dovetail will have a lot of system depth (all ETCS and ATB features etc), if possible.

But I do want it for TSW. If they'll make for example this Dutch route, that could make me switch from TS2019 to TSW.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard Dovetail isn't interested in the Netherlands.

I haven't seen such a thing, but I do know that TSx had quite a large third party development scene, so even if DTG don't make dutch routes, the wider community probably will
