The name derives from the Zülpicher Börde. Until the resumption of daily passenger traffic on 15 December 2019, the route was most important for freight traffic. On weekdays the Eifel-Bördebahn (RB 28) runs with seven pairs of journeys, on weekends and on public holidays with four pairs. Services This route features Regional Services. Rurtalbahn Stadler Regio-Shuttle RS 1 The Stadler Regio-Shuttle RS 1 is a diesel railcar widely used in Germany. The trapezoidal window strips are particularly characteristic. Conclusion I want to see this Route in TSW 2 because I like singletrack Routes and mabye DTG could bring this route cheaper then others because it is not a long route. I would like this route, but not at the full price for a route, as it is rather short, and only includes one vehicle and not to many services. Still would be a neat little route though, maybe as an extension to SKA if DTG ever decides to do extensions.
Yes I can totaly agree, I'm working on an Extension Suggestion for SKA from Horrem to Bedburg which I more like to see as an extension. But for this route mabye DTG can sell this route for 19,99€ or what do you think?
Joins up with Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen at Düren. Does anyone know where the diesel trains for this route are based from
Thank you for telling me about this. Because I'm thinking that the Diesel Trains are based out of Aachen Hbf depot like DB BR442 for RE9 Aachen Siegen service.
Thank you for telling me about it and it's that visible from Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen because Düren is a large station like Aachen Stolberg and Köln.
