Hi, Anyone know if you can transfer progress to a new PS4. Been playing for time and had everything unlocked, My PS4 bricked and I got a new one, signed in with my email & password but there's nothing there. Can't get on the other PS4 to transfer the save file to the cloud, Is our progress not server sided???? Thanks
Hello, the cloud saving on PS4 is controlled by Sony and will only allow you to use cloud storage if you have PS Plus. If you have a PS Plus account you can attempt to retrieve your save data. It'll be in the "Application Saved Data Management" menu of your console settings.
Thanks for your reply Stephen, apparently cloud save doesn't upload automatically, it's got to be set up, so unfortunately I've lost that progress, I just wasn't sure if our progress was server sided and backed up via your systems, never mind, the grind starts again
