It's March, 1937 and the Pennsylvania Railroad is holding an open to the public press event at their Juniata Shop complex in Altoona, PA. The railroad debuting a new set of paint schemes for their iconic K4 Pacifics. The engine on the left has been painted green and gold to match that of the Southern Railway's 4-6-2's for the Pennsy's leg of the Crescent Limited between New York and Washington D.C. The engine on the right has been painted maroon and will be in charge of the iconic Broadway Limited between New York and Chicago. Route Used: Horseshoe Curve Locomotive Used: PRR K4
