skyhook- sean I found this video that is essentially a reverse cab ride, that should help the route building team to see how the route looks from track level.
There are so many iconic details to this route that I hope Skyhook gets most of them correct. This is the first route where I have knowledge of it and will know if that skimp on something like most of you have on routes that you know well.
This is also the first route I have first hand knowledge of as I was born and raised in Altoona. Our house was 4 blocks from the locomotive shops and its turntable. I then lived in Johnstown for 5 years after college. Also, my grand parents lived in Johnstown so I've traveled on this route many times going to visit them. I really hope they do a good job with this route.
