Hello and welcome to the Don’t care camp! This is the thread where you post all the things that you don’t care about.
Only kidding, however I don't care about any routes which are not u.k based, just can't get into them
I don’t care about, trophies, American DLC or anything that I do not have sufficient expertise to know something is wrong.
Here’s a short list of things I don’t care about… Trophies. Mastery. Multiplayer. VR. Massively long routes. Complicated start-up procedures. Fishing sims, Windows operating systems, Peruvian politics, Kardashians, and of course… Giant pandas with their fussy eating habits and reluctance to mate in captivity. I don’t care, there are better animals.
I see 'Baby, I don't care'. And I think of ol' sleepy eyes, Robert Mitchum. Anyway... I prefer to think of this as my sshhhhh hitlist... The PaedBC HP Sauce Salted Caramel Love Island / Made In Chelsea or just 99.99999% of shows on E4 The Kardashians TikTok Twitter Fireworks Poeple ****ting on British Leyland (in spite of their troubles, they DID make some good cars) Top Gear (2002-) Fortnite / Battle Royale No backwards compatability on PS4/PS5 Mr Kippling no longer making Applie & Custard Pies Forced always online connection Amazon Amy Schumer My local council Tony Blair I'm really not full of hate, there are just a lot of things that rustle my Jimjams.
Let's see; Top Gear (2016-) Reality Shows Rugby and American "Football" US Freight on TSW (sorry, America) Minor things being wrong with a loco or a route. Releases being delayed to fix bugs (Cornwall, anyone?) And that's about that.
Is that a warning not to get off there? Just as you are about to step off the train it reminds you where you are and begs the question if you are sure you really want to alight there.
"The next station is; Blackheath. Whatever you do, don't get off here. This train is for London Charing Cross". Yep, seems legit
I agree but to be fair, this is a “Don’t care” thread and Chieflongshin clearly doesn’t care so it is on topic. Having said that, if he/she doesn’t care, then he/she won’t mind its continued existence. One would need to care to want it to stop.
I don't care about: People who don't like trains. Let them eat cake. All social media. Toilets in TSW. Why is this a thing? It's weird.
hmm, let's see... What I don't care about: -Electric Locos (mostly from Germany) -Modern Common Locos -DM/EMUs -Commuter Passengers -And the negativity for TSW from the Community (non-criticisms that is). That is all.
Come to think of it, according to Lady Gaga, " social media is the toilet of the internet", so, with all those passengers on their phones, maybe we do need toilets in TSW trains.
I don’t care about Scottish independence, political correctness or wokeness. No I mean I REALLY don’t care about them. Edit….. I also don’t care if people don’t like me saying that.
When I first got this game, I did not care about the non-American routes. Now, I mostly play the UK and German routes and hardly play the American ones. I guess I developed a thing for European trains
My I don’t care list; Lack of achievements on DLC’s layers not on last gen and need to buy new consoles to get them (welcome to capitalism) voting in elections All politicians Political speeches (words are cheap) Anyone who uses the word “woke” to refer to something Fox News/ GB News 99.9% of Reality shows TikTok
i still support TSW being on last gen and support for what is there just that it can’t be expected technology that doesn’t exist in those consoles be put to use
To be fair, most politicians don't have degrees in politics, so really we need real politicians, instead of politicians.
Keeping it relevant to TSW: American freight routes Multiplayer Raildriver The vast majority of German Routes (I say majority because I like driving the ICE at least because I have a thing for high speed) Rush hour passengers (they still seem to behave like zombies, staring at open doors on the train instead of actually walking through them. I can't even tell if they did end up getting added to the Bakerloo line, and I didn't notice them at all since they were added to East Coastway). The trophy limit issue (I only tend to care about trophies if I can work towards getting a platinum, as long as I can work towards one for the core game I'm not bothered about individual DLC not getting any).
I just don't really see what they could do with it with the game as it is. When steam comes it would be cool if one plays as the driver and the other as the fireman, but that's it. I guess for more modern traction you could have a driver/ guard arrangement but DTG would have to develop guard gameplay first. And even if they did all that I still probably wouldn't touch it. I don't have any friends in real life interested in trains and I'm not the kind of person who particularly enjoys playing games online with strangers.
I don't care about the relatively tiny amount of 'ancient woodland' (400 years is ancient now? Tell Newton!) being replanted in the HS2 construction. Or Chris bleedin Packham.
