I feel like this would be another good commuter rail line in the U.S. perfect for DTG because of the size of the trains and how many locomotives you could have from very large varieties like the GP40PH-2B or the P40PH or PL42AC or even ALP-46 there’s so many even like the ALP-44s plus there’s so many routes to chose from like the Atlantic City Line or RVL or NEC NY to Trenton (forgot about the rail cars and cab cars there are as well plus Arrow III’s)
RVL because you can make Newark Busy by having yourself go first then proceed to Newark Penn eventually NY Penn. NEC NY to Trenton has express service during the off-peak example is 15:25 New Brunswick 14:15 NY Penn
Yeah I mean honestly idc what route we get I just always want one it’s cool to have or even play something that’s around my area yk I’m from South Jersey so the only rail line we have here is river line and ACL pretty bogus if you ask me
ACL has Gp40 my route the RVL can give ALP45DP GP40 CRRNJ to ACL but Pl42AC can't because of vibrations
Really? I didn’t know they did equipment moves from there to here tbh that’s neat though but I’m still wondering what NJT did with all the P40s they are by far my favorite locomotive NJT has just for the unique look and sound besides the GP40s and F40s plus how rare it is I haven’t seen a P40 since 2009-2010 when I was a kid
