This 22.5 mile route is the newest tube line (in terms of year built) from Stanmore in zone 5 to Stratford in zone 3.
The stations on the recent extension to Stratford are equipped with platform edge doors.
The stations on this route are:

The type of train that runs on this route is the amazing sounding London Underground 1996 tube stock

Doesn't this use ATO, leaving the driver only operating the doors and pressing the "drive" button, with the train doing the rest?
Would be very boring sitting for 90 minutes only pressing buttons in stations

Like any other safety system, you're free to use it or not. That line of thinking, to my eyes at least, is like saying you wouldn't want to play any German line with LZB because you're then just a Sifa machine (in Matt's infamous words).

I don't play German routes at all because I'm not interested in German routes... But at least when you get off the LZB you actually drive the trains

But in this case we're not talking about a safety system, but the way the trains operate, and just as I wouldn't want DLR in game because they're automatic, I don't really see the point of having trains which drive themselves to the point that all you do is make sure passengers are boarded, close the doors, click GO, wait til the next station, open the doors... repeat for 90 minutes

That's your perspective and you're entitled to it, of course, as are all the rest of us. Some of us would have no issue driving this train (or not, as the case may be), since this is a train simulator and that is a train.

Of course everyone's entitled to their opinion, but the question becomes "how many people would buy a route where driving the train boils down to three button presses at stations and nothing else?"
