Hello again, I’d like to propose the idea of a Vintage HST route using either the Intercity Swallow or Intercity Blue liveries. It seems more of an extension upon the GWR route, but regardless, it could be another portion of the mainline. It would operate however it was originally made to do so (as I don’t know exactly how that is)
and contain stations of age accordingly. I lack information about British Rail and their operations, but nevertheless, I would like to see something like this if it is a good enough suggestion to be taken into consideration. I’ll try and break it down using what I do know.

Locomotives : BR Class 43, Any locomotive that fits the era or location

    Route Length 50 - 60 Miles ( including railyards)

Maximum Speed Limit : ~120 mph (as shown in GWR)

If using the Intercity Blue Livery, cars should be marked with their respective colour lines accordingly to class (i.e First Class, Diner, Standard Class)

I know it’s a very amateurish description and suggestion, but I wanted to test the waters with this post and put my ideas out there.

    thanks for reading.

A remake of the original Newcastle to York route from the very early days of Train Simulator would be welcome.
It could even include a Class 55 Deltic which seems to be a popular suggestion too.

I like the sound of that honestly, even though routes like Northern Trans-Pennine already exist, I’d really love to see some more vintage-style ones
