The line is fully signaled and all the tracks are laid (no catenary though), scenery is about half-done. I hope maybe we can see it actually implemented into the game along with the spur to Zeithain near Riesa at some point. Most images I got were too large, but I could upload these.
I hope DTG will change its mind about it. I don't know how you see it, I would even be willing to pay for it.
I don't get it. So the screens are from a user made map mod or are these already included in the Riesa Dresden DLC but just unfinished/abandoned work? Was this supposed to be another update or what?
Included in the Riesa-Dresden DLC. I used a mod to get past the out of bounds line. You can access it too by using that same mod, going to Dresden-Neustadt, and hopping on an AI S2 train.
That as payware extension would make sense and and instsnt buy for me. We got a lot for the price of the rush hour pack, so i was even happy (surprised) to get the maissen branch on top. Im sure a sertain amount of players would consider to buy this.
The Unfinished airport branch S2 Pirna to Flughafen Dresden Klotzsche and also the RB31 Elsterwerda-Großenhein-Dresden Hbf via Rangierbahnhof Dresden Friedrichstadt. RB31 PIS in game says Großenhein if running it from Coswig to Großenhein but Dresden Hbf in bound. 105 km length still nothing to Sherman Hill 121km 76 mi with completed 3rd track or 108km 67 mi Duisburg Mönchengladbach Aachen Railway. HRR linking to Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen via Mönchengladbach. Spoiler: RB31 correct destination Elsterwerda and Dresden Hbf are listed on the PIS display for DB BR442 VVO. Have to do this manually so are RE18 & RE15
If they ever released this as payware I'd snap it up like tomorrow. I honestly think it would be value for money and an instant hit with the community. If they ever workout a way of extending routes under payware this has to be a a great place to start
Especially since the timetable for it is more or less already worked out; those S2 trains are already on the route.
I'd route mergers wherever possible then I'd love the full S2 line down to Pirna and then merge with Chemnitz line.
