Amtrak 170 Missing Button Or Going Mad Please Help.

Hi all,

I am trying to do the NEC New York Scenarios but cannot for the life of me find the button to let the doors open for the passangers to board. I have looked at and pressed every button in the cab and on the wall panel behind the engineers seat but no luck.

Can someone please tell me what I am missing.

There is no door button on the City Sprinter. You'll have to press the Left D-Pad to lock/unlock doors

So is there no door button in the actual train? Maybe they're automatic?

Maybe the driver has to whip out an Xbox controller and Left D pad to open them

 

On the actual train doors are opened by a guard - not the driver. That's why there's no buttons.

 

Yeah, that makes sense

 

If you go next to the train doors you'll notice the guards panel is actually useable, closest thing to playing as the guard so far.

 

Just got Xbox one s and this is why I joined the forum I can’t figure it out as well
