Playing a scenario earlier today and each station before I took off I had to raise the Pantograph and reset the circuit breaker - surely that isn't correct? Several times throughout the game the train just refused to move. I just had to keep re-raising the Pantograph and reset the circuit breaker and try again, finally after a few times it would work, but it is making me very late.
Is the Pantograph really down after you stopped? On the Talent 2 after closing the doors and setting the brakes to the neutral point, you need to wait a second or two before applying power has any effect.
Glad that it worked. In addition to what i said above: On the Screen in the middle infront of the driver you see a "T" above the DB logo. When you open the door that sign vanishes, after you closed the door look for that sign. When it reappears you can apply power again.
