Ive noticed that my scenery seems to pop very close to my train rather then further in the distance even with the slider all the way to max for scenery, is there any other factors that could affect it as its driving me nuts lol

By pop, do you mean appear in detail?

Perhaps your PC spec is struggling with the processing, and is only able to render the scenery when in close proximity?

Hmm, the foliage and fences appear as the train is right on them, got a fairly decent pc so id be surprised if it was that.

I can think of no other reason if you have draw distance set to max. Is it a storage issue? How fast is your hard drive?

But how much free space is left?

How much RAM do you have?

32gb of ram, think there's about 50gb left of space but thats definitely something I need to look at.

The RAM is decent, but your storage is low. Not sure it’s enough to cause this though: my main SSD is also down to about 50GB free, and I have 16GB RAM, and haven’t witnessed such a problem.

Maybe a fuller list of specs might help? Anything else running? Graphics card memory sounds like a potential reason? What do you have?

Got a 1080ti geforce with 11gb on it i think it is so its quite beefy, got a 6700k motherboard so a bit on the old side now but still fairly decent, running at 4.5ghz overclocked.

Well you seemed be very well equipped indeed! I’m afraid I’ve reached the limit of my ability to offer advice.

Do any other programs give problems too?

Not that I've particularly noticed tbh, I might switch the games to a new nvme ssd and see if that helps, will also help free up some space, thanks for your ideas, its much appreciated
