    The Boston section of the NEC is now owned directly by Amtrak, but it’s former Conrail line and I believe the Conrail sections of the CSX or Norfolk Southern charts apply.

    Yes, these are very useful.
    I actually found that the general coverage NORAC rules, which show multiple configurations per aspect can be used accurately for multiple routes. Both LIRR and Boston Sprinter. It's too large for a single paper print, so need to split into multiples with some image editing. Or the more specific cars per railroad, but those don't have explanations included.
    I've modified the NORAC to fit on 2 sides of a letter size page, and cut off the bottom section for the fixed signs.

    Nota bene: NORAC (Northeast Operating Rules Advisory Committee) rules dominate in the US east of the Mississippi (i.e. CSX and NS), but the western RR (UP, BNSF and KCS for however long it lasts) use variants of GCOR (General Code of Operating Rules)
