While I do love the scenario planner, it does take a lot of time to set up if you want lots of other traffic on the route. I liked on train simulator how there was a free drive option where the traffic was already integrated and you just chose where you wanted to go from and to and when. It would be awesome if there was a way to integrate this into TSW using timetable mode ie substitute a service with another train of your choosing. Do you agree?
That's why they work on Scenario planner 2.0 hopefully they will add a function to add trains automatically
I think this is impractical. The game is about realism, not having random AI operating random services except where you want to go where you run on all greens. Introducing this feature would take time away from other more important features such as core upgrades etc.
Do I support Free/Quick Drive? No. Same reasons as paintbrushguy above, it would just be all greens all the way. Timetable mode exists for a proper service. Do I support being able to automatically have services in Scenario Planner? Yes. That would be a good alternative.
