Morning everyone, last night I purchased the TSW 2: Rush Hour Deluxe on my Xbox as it was on sale for £8.99. It states the routes included are the base routes for TSW 2: Bakerloo, Koln/Aachen & Sand Patch Grade, plus the three Rush Hour routes of: NEC, Brighton Main Line & Riesa/Dresden. Upon starting the game I am greeted with just the three bases routes, the RH routes are not showing up. Thinking I may actually need to download these routes, I went into the in-game store but they're all showing as available to buy. I'm a little confused an quite annoyed tbh. I really don't know what I need to do. I think I need to raise this issue with Xbox too which I'll do now. But if anyone, including staff at DTG can help, I'd be most grateful.
Did you previously have the game pass version installed? I did and I had to uninstall and then redownload it then the rush hour routes appeared.
Never mind, I got a refund. I didn’t have the Gamepass version installed, the routes were missing, Xbox gave me the money back almost immediately.
you just needed to click on the three route individually and download them. I just nabbed the same bargain and thought where are they. Just had to click manage/install on each one.
Where were these found? I thought the same but only thought to look in the in-game store.. It's not the end of the world, I could still pick it up again, for that price, it's a right bargain.
I would recommend getting it again. It seems like the download of the add-ons did not happen automatically. If you navigate to the TSW2 icon on the Xbox home, press Menu button on controller and then Manage Game, you will see all available add-ons to install. The in-game store will show prices if you don't have them installed. Once you select them, it will go to the Microsoft Store where it will show them as owned.
In game store busted since rush hour was released, new and random routes never appear. Xbox store is the way forward. Now go make that purchase again and enjoy all those routes for under a tenner. sadly this is incorrect, I thought it might be under manage too but you can’t manage what has never been installed. Once installed then you can delete and restore.
If you own something that is not installed it does show up there. Installed items will have a checkmark, anything not installed can be selected and installed.
i purchased the rush hour version, Looked in manage, nothing there hence why I am suggesting to install them manually. my advice would have helped byeo but it was too late. perhaps having the core install first causes this.
I purchased RH Deluxe as I'd previously only bought London Commuter. Indeed the other two routes didn't install automatically. I went into manage game but that didn't help. I went back to the Microsoft Store and although it was showing the full (less Game Pass discount) price for the routes on the thumbnail when I clicked on the individual routes it stated "INSTALL You own this" and I then installed them from there
