So another week passes with no updates to fix any of the long list of issues. We were promised smaller but more frequent updates but we are getting nothing. The preservation team finished a lot of work months ago and we have still yet to see it.

Unfortunately, my friend, I particularly have a huge list of items that I think need to be corrected, however, I've already posted it here, I've opened a ticket and nothing...

We were told things would change, Adam mentioned that he wanted to get the PC preservation update that was teased way before Christmas out before Christmas and here we are in Feb and nothing. I love this game but there are a lot of empty promises from DTG.

It’s ridiculous. I’m beginning to care very little. When I have spare time now, TSW 2 is no longer my go to entertainment. Can’t remember the last time I spent more than an hour on the game, even more than 30-minutes.

I haven't touched it for weeks. Considering I used to spend a couple of hours every evening on it, that's a big deal.

I don’t see how anyone can defend DTG. Continued broken promises that things will improve and they clearly don’t.

Im fed up with the backlog of testing excuse and they need to sort it. Adams preservation team finished work months ago not weeks on a number of routes and we still haven’t seen them.

You ask simple and basic questions on here which are completely ignored by DTG staff when they have a team supposedly dedicated to deal with community issues. They tell us they read every post but it appears they reply with a standard answer to the odd few but completely ignore direct questions. Sometimes you are told they will look into but never come back with a reply when, and if, they actually have investigated the question.

Why would you spend that much on software you know doesn't work? Sure you would build up your collection over time and have discovered way before the $150 mark that there are things "not right" in each of the releases...?

You are allowed to voice your opinions. But that does not mean your opinion has to match everyone else's on the forums.

Community members are allowed to be happy on these forums, equally you are allowed to express that you are unhappy.

The use of the word "fanboy" is not permitted and it is entirely unnecessary. It is no more than name calling. Anyone found using it towards another user will be given a warning or a suspension from posting on the forums.

I do not expect you all to be friends with each other, but I do expect to see civility.

As for the topic of no updates, from the PS5 issues to the Preservation Crew.

I understand it's frustrating that you've had no news or information about this recently. That does not mean it has been forgotten.

The community team simply aren't able to answer all of your questions posted on these forums, no matter how simple or small it may seem. Often what should be a simple question might have a complex answer.

I can tell you that in the 2 weeks since the last Roadmap we have not stopped talking internally about how we are going to deliver the Preservation Crew updates, and I know that we have made some progress on this that we can share with you all next week.

The PS5 issues are still ongoing and last I heard the team came across a new approach that might be able to work. The exact details I can't get for you today (as it's a weekend) but I will make sure Matt talks about it on the Roadmap on Tuesday.
