I am trying to complete TSW 2020 and the 100 services trophy is not unlocking, I've done 103 services now to perfection and still nothing. Is there a problem with the coding or has TSW 2020 simply been forgotten about?
Yes. TSW2020 was a shambles for trophies not unlocking - I had a whole string of them fail to pop. In this case, you may find that it only counts services completed in a specific way (not through journey, or not with certain trains) so if you keep going it may pop naturally somewhere down the line. Certainly I've had "travel X miles" trophies pop way after the required distance. For those that don't, there were a few workarounds suggested, but they were mostly fairly unsatisfactory things like "start again on a new profile" so I just gave it up as a bad job. TSW2 for the most part seems to work more consistently, although there are plenty of reports of glitched trophies on the DLC there too.
The mileage one popped when it was required, the loading and unloading of passengers also, it's always the services one, doesn't matter what route either. I just wish they would fix it. TSW2 I've never had much issue with in honesty but it seems they just don't care anymore about the original. Seems I'll just keep going until all services are done on the ECW or I blow my brains out, whichever comes first lol!
