So in today's stream, I saw the 425 and was wondering why I don't have any services with it when I've purchased HRR. Is this just a Gen 8 thing?. Has anyone else had this issue?

It's the 423 from HMA being added to SKA. The 425 is still only on HRR. The 422 from RRO is on SKA however.

 

The 423 is a part of the Expansion pack It does not layer from HMA

 

Question for TrainSim-Matt : So glad that we're finally getting to use the 425 on another route as it's my favorite train (because of the excellent sound). Question though, can you check in the dev-build if the Sifa light in the dash is working in the new SKA timetable. In the HRR that light hasn't worked from launch.

 

The 425 will appear on SKA if you own the expansion pack and HRR, however. It will be drivable and AI between Cologne Hauptbahnhof and Ehrenfeld (it is the Regionalbahn route from Koblenz to Mönchengladbach).

 

Don't think so as is just layer but will probally come with pres. crew update (when it comes out...)

 

I downloaded the expansion pack last night and played the new time table with the 423 for a bit but I noticed that the 425 was not on the list of drive-able trains and I have HRR installed.

The SKA route really has a new lease of life with this timetable and stock layers now added to it. From the few services I played last night I find you have to drive the 423 even more aggressively than on the HMA route to try and keep to time.

 

Really? Haven't got the expansion pack yet, so can't confirm. Can others please confirm? I was sooo looking forward to finally having the 425 in a timetable on another route than HRR.

TrainSim-Matt , DTG Natster Can you look into this pleaese? The 425 was clearly available in the expansion timetable during the preview stream.

I'm on PS5 native. I only installed HRR after playing one service of this expansion pack then I went back to see if the 425 would show up and no dice. The HRR route showed up in game in the route selection but no 425 in the SKA selection table.

Maybe I need something else installed as I don't have MSB installed yet. I'm trying to keep my PS5 installation as small as possible as I find that reduces crashes from happening.

 

425 is there for me on PS5.

 

The 425 is drivable on München-Augsburg as well. In fact it has its own layer, it isn't just a substitution.

 

Not on PS4 it isn't On PS4 HMA only has the base layer (ICE + 423 (or is it 422?))

Ok, so I've HRR, MSB and RRO installed and no 425. I'll install HMA and see if the will put the 425 in SKA

 

It's the same with the 101. Even if you bought it for HRR, you don't get it on SKA. We PS4 players are second class customers. That's why I stopped buying such DLC's.

 

I'm playing on ps5, ps5 version.

I installed HMA and I have the 425 on that route but still no 425 on SKA. I don't know why it won't show up.
