Ctc-3 cab car brakes are not releasing on the PlayStation 5 on the Boston sprinter line

 

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you mean. Rather, I don't understand what you mean. Could you specify a little more?

 

Is it on one certain scenario / timetable / or Journey or across all of them for you?

Is just the timetables that’s the only one I’m having problems for one good example is Providence back to Boston

 

Have you cut in the brakes or put it in to passenger mode

 

It is a new bug since the last Boston Sprinter update. Little fix, if you run the cab car and stop at a station, just cut the brakes out so the air pressure noise stops. Cut the brakes back in when you are set to leave the station.

Not a great thing to do but, it stops the air noise from driving you crazy.

 

When was the last update for the DLC I don’t remember

 

Hold on I’ll show you this is what I mean by the brakes aren’t releasing

 

Have you turned the three switches in the box above the window to ‘On’? The one on the right is specifically for the brakes. Not doing so means the brakes won’t release. If that doesn’t solve it raise a ticket

Perhaps this thread will help. There seems to be a lot of attention on NEC-BP lately. To me that's good, as it's one of my favorite routes, and with the added attention we can hope that a few issues may get fixed.

 

I did all of that and it still won’t release the brakes

 

Did you trip the PCS?

 

Can't remember if the cabcar has a independent brake, I'm sure it does. If so go past release to bail off to dump the pressure maybe??
