ah alright since when i played TSXX and tabbed out crashed each time but sorry can't help you with the scenario editor crashing sorry
Seems your installation is broken. (Maybe you installed some shader enhancement and something went wrong?) Do a Steam Local Game Files Verification.
I have found these files in the correct folder, I haven't installed any form of shader enhancements and it still shows up. I've verified the files a few times now but I'll check again just incase
