Moved to a new computer a while back without a disk slot. Got TS2013 and railworks 2 both with serial keys.

I've used these numerous times on previous computers but now they're not showing in my library.

I cannot install them from steam as they're not showing in my library and due to them being an old version the steam install from license, whilst accepted, times out.

I have paid dlc for the game on my account but the base game isn't showing in my library and expects me to buy the latest version.

Is there any way I can download it again (TS2013) without a disk or should I attempt to copy the files on a nother computer to usb or something?

Go to Steam > Games menu > Activate a product on Steam...

Enter your serial and if you've never changed your account it should download instantly. The disc is not required.

Thanks. If I contact steam support and send them the code and proof of disc in my possession, do you think they'd add it to my account ? Usually TS future versions are free aren't they?

I would give it a try. I've not heard from a limited time license, but contact them and you'll get an answer for sure.

What in TS 2013 are you trying to install?
If you were to put the disk in and it worked then it would auto update to TS2022
The only possible things from TS2013 are the routes that came with it.

I would contact Steam and tell them the code does not work - even though it worked in the past.
Just sending proof of ownership won't be of use as that Code is linked to a particular account

Assuming your Steam Account I.D. is the same I expect they would reset it as it should be in your account records.
If you have Changed your Steam ID between first installing and trying now then you have a problem.
