Gwr Extra Services

So you know the eight car HST and 166 services well I Was a little confused on these and I wanna know how you can play these.

 

The six- and eight- car HST services appear in Timetable mode as different "liveries." (Click on the pink magnifying glass button to open the selection menu)

I looked and it’s not there maybe it’s because I’m on PS4.

 

That would be correct. PS4 and XB1 systems don't get the extra services.

 

That’s sad but I think in the future I will get great western express on a next gen.

 

Not sure if it still works but it used to be that if you start a GWE service in Journey mode (doesn't matter which one), wait for it to load up, quit back to the main menu, and then go back into services, and you should see the extra services for the 166, not sure about for the HST.

Thanks for the info. I don't know why DTG don't just activate them, i never noticed any performance hit back when i was on base Xbox 1.

 

Me neither but assume it was an issue somewhere. Now on PS5 and really glad of them being back. I lived in Reading for 5 years and this was my commute to London
