I'd like to download a route add-on that includes dining cars and sleeping cars, if available. I know these don't exist on any of the American routes, but what about the UK ones? I heard that the Great Western Railway runs a sleeper and has "Pullman Dining Service", but is this modeled in the GWE add-on? I can't find any information as to the specific passenger cars available in that pack. If anyone has any information, that'd be much appreciated.
There are no trains in tsw that have sleeper cars. The class 43 has a restaurant car. The DB BR 403 ICE 3 and DB BR 406 ICE3M have restaurant cars and the acs64 has a restaurant car along with the tgv duplex. Those are the only trains with restaurant cars Just note that the kitchen areas where the cooking is done isn't modelled.
I think you'll find the buffet serving counter in the HST is firmly closed with the shutters down, though. Hopefully the forthcoming Spirit Of Steam will add a catering vehicle(s) and sleeping car to the Mark One stock, but DTG haven't given much information on this aspect.
