Checking out everyones liveries. Unable to download any. All have rotating loading circle over subscribe to download. Down all the basic troubleshooting to try and fix it. Anyone else having this issue on ps4?
No issues on PS4 regarding downloading mods, works like it should I guess. I haven't tried to upload anything so can't confirm if that works
When I had spinning circles a few times yesterday I left it and went and played a bit of a service for a few minutes. After each time the circles were gone when I went back into CC. Probably coincidence, but worth a try.
Have you logged out of Dovetail Live and then logged back in? Also have you gone tot he main Rush hour web Page and Clicked the Creator Club tab on the top page and signed in that way at all? https://live.dovetailgames.com/live/train-sim-world/rushhour hope this helps. Hentis
Signal boost to this, also having issues subscribing to users on PS4. It seems to be anything I try downloading as well so not limited to certain liveries or scenarios. I tried relogging into my account through the “Switch Profile” tab and that didn’t solve it.
Have you tried what most, including DTG recommend, by signing out of you DTL account and then signing back in?
I have the same problem. Logging out and back in wirked yesterday, today not. I cant dodnload anything. Hope they fix it
If it is spinning circles when trying to look at the available liveries and scenarios, what I did was to go and play a route on a timetable for a minute or so, probably less. Then I went back into Creators Club and it was working fine. Coincidence I expect but happened more than once so worth a try.
Thanks I gave that a try but no luck. I know this is the beta mode so stuff like this is to be expected. Thanks for the tip though.
Same happening to me. It worked fine the first day it launched. Downloaded plenty of liveries and scenarios. The next day i couldn't download anything and its been like that since. Have signed out and back in again over and over and it does nothing.
Have to scroll across the settings section until you come across your profile. Click on it and should be the option to press triangle to log out of Dovetail
If you have successfully logged out of Dovetail Live and back in, please can you let me know if you continue to have issues with Creators Club. The image posted above by marcsharp2 is very helpful in finding the correct button. Here are some steps which you may also find useful. Dovetail Live Connection Issues If your account has been activated but your account is not behaving as you would expect, it is likely that the connection to the Dovetail Live servers needs to be refreshed. In most cases you can resolve these issues by using the instructions below. Open the Game Go to the Options screen and Log out of Dovetail Live Restart the game and then Log In to Dovetail Live On PC check that you are online and that Train Sim World is marked as an exception is any Firewall/Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware software, you might be running. Notice for Console Players: Unless you have disabled "Auto-Load Journeys" where you can access the Options menu by selecting a route first, you will need to load into a scenario or service to access Options from the pause menu.
Hi, I've logged out, closed down the game and switched it back on, Logged back into Dovetail and I'm afraid I've still got the same issue for my PS5. I just get the swirling circle and nothing else.
Alrighty, can you please submit a ticket to player support and explain your issue to them? If you could provide them with screenshots of what your screen looks like while it's not working this would be very helpful.
