Xbox Liveries Wiped After Update

As you can see from my reply I quoted above my liveries were still here (apart from the two TGV ones), I just had to select a service and go back to menu, but now that's no longer the case.

Regrettably I didn't check if this was caused by the CC going back online or today's update as I didn't check Monday afternoon, but it was working before the CC was back online.

So all my liveries are "officially" gone now. Until I guess you allow me to download them back from the CC?

 

Any news? Shoudln't the "fix" be the ability to download our own liveries back from CC? Possible ETA?

 

The only way that I have my liveries is that they're on CC. Until it went live again I could select them in timetable mode but now that option has gone.

 

Yes, that's exactly the problem. Since CC went live the liveries that survived by being on CC are gone as well.

Have you tried creating a 2nd DTL account (not xbox of course) and download your liveries there as a workaround? While you're not able to edit them here at least you should see them ingame again...

Btw: this whole mess is exactly the reason why I probably won't use livery designer ever again. Of all possible things that can go wrong this is the one which may not happen at all, never. Scenarios are more easy to be reproduced if there is an error here but this is totally annoying and a complete turn-off. So please for your own interest avoid this in the future by any means because otherwise customers will turn away permanently from the TSW franchise.

Yes, that should be the case. To be honest the only benefit would be the possibility to get your liveries back ingame again IF that works (although I don't see why it shouldn't). But since you can switch between DTL accounts ingame it might be a possibility because I fear a solution for this is nowhere near to be ready for release... not even ready for the QA traffic jam

 

To find the build number select any route and scroll along to settings. The build number is in the bottom right corner. As of 2/4/22 it should be build 315 on xbox
