PC A Two Yard Stopping Window For A 4800 Ton Train On A 1.5% Downward Grade Is A Bit Tight

    Yeah, I don't understand why the stopping points for freight services are like this in the game (goes for all routes). And for some reason you can't "stop short" like you can with passenger services, either.

    I never had problems with stopping at the exact spot
    at least it is challenging :)

    Looks like you missed the point on this one. There's no reason to put the stop marker right next to a "game over" signal in the first place, or that you have to be right.over.it for it to count.

    Agreed, so long as the rear of the train is clear of the previous signal and switches so nothing else gets fouled up it is a strange thing
    From what I've seen it may have something to do with the way AI is programmed, but to my mind the PLAYER should have the same sort of stop parameters as a passenger train whereas AI get's the single point stop marker so it doesn't get in the way of player trains
