Once up and running how long before they succumb to the allure of ‘Flying Scotsman’ and either ‘Mallard’ or ‘Sir Nigel Gresley’? If they do succumb to using them will they have to get permission from N.R.M or the S.N.G.P.T for the trademark / licence / copyright?
Basically yes. Not sure if there's an IP for the loco outlines, but certainly any logos or copyrighted markings they would need permission for
