London Commuter: Cannot Climb Back On Platforms

At leats in Battersea Park and Clapham Junction the platforms seem no longer climbable. Maybe caused by an update?

 

Rudolf this post should be in technical reports. Also have you submitted a ticket to make DTG aware so they can repair it. If not, please do so.

 

Some of the platforms have been like this for a while and you have to go around to the ends to get back on.

 

I find sometimes running a bit further down track can kick this back into
