The brighton mainline goes from Brighton to Victoria. But this Route expansion suggestion is about expanding it so that it goes from Brighton to Victoria and London Bridge with class 377s.
DTG don’t do route expansions… And as it stands BML teeters on the limit of what TSW can handle anyway.
It's a great idea to extend it but Dovetails has mentioned they have no interest in extending routes but who knows they may change their mind in the future about doing route extensions.
London Bridge would be an extensive area for memory on a route that desperately eats it all it’s the route on Series X I notice struggles the most most likely case is anything to do with London Bridge would be separate in working with current memory available not too mention these need to both run on 8th gen aswell
London Bridge and Charing Cross/Cannon Street would be better done as a separate South London DLC similar tothe one in TSC or going back even further to LSE for MSTS.
you do know we already have the Brighton mainline in the game? instead of a route extension, why not suggest something a lot of us have wanted which is for the Brighton Mainline (London Commuter) and East coast way to become one route as they both use Brighton. We could even have the link between Lewes and Wivelsfield. This would bring in new services as well as extend current services such as the railtour service and freight services on ECW.
Yes, loved both of those routes. The South London Network from TS Classic would make a great network in TSW with service mode, presuming it works properly. Set in the Making Tracks LSE era would definately be favourable though, otherwise it is more Electrostars, unless they decide to make a class 456.
Definitely pre Electrostar, in fact I would like to see the era from the MSTS route with EPB's etc trundling around.
I have already suggested that the next big project for DTG should be to work on feasible ways to link routes at appropriate locations such as Brighton. This would vastly improve playability of certain services.
