This is a concept of how we could have a certain locomotive run on more routes without making another route with that locomotive. This sounds complicated so let me give an example: the SD70ACE and ES44AC both run on Sand Patch Grade. However they are in another railroads livery and not CSX (yes foreign power does happen in the US, but it’s much less common than seeing locomotives from the railroad it’s on) you could put these in a small pack where they would add services to Sand Patch Grade and have a new CSX livery (you could still use the original liveries if you want to represent foreign power, they would just be rare on ai trains.) Another good example is Oakville Subdivision. The MP36 and bombardier bi level coaches do run on the route irl, they just aren’t in a Caltrain livery but rather Go Transit. In this case there wouldn’t be an option to select the original livery as it would be too unrealistic. This provides many advantages to using the livery editor as you get the new timetables and railroad differences such as the interior design and horn. Personally I think the price should depend on how many locomotives are included and how much they change/add. I wouldn’t price it over 5$ (the original locomotive would be required anyways so it’s not losing much money). This can open the gate to tons of opportunities on making routes feel more alive.

This is a very useful suggestion which would provide so much more variety. I would gladly pay to have stock I already have in other appropriate liveries especially if they were to include alternative interiors where necessary.

That will not work because DTG needs the Province of Ontario GO Transit licence for that to work properly

So you're saying the MP40PH-3C is the same as the MP36PH-3C, which they are both are completely different in design on the inside, and not to mention that Go Transit haven't even got a single MP36 on their roster. Is that what I'm getting at?

Here are my ideas for US Loco DLC packs:
-UP Pack: C45ACCTE (reskin of NS ES44AC), GP40-2 (reskin of CSX GP40-2; we still need this engine in TSW2), C40-8W (reskin of CSX C40-8W), MP15DC (reskin of Caltrain MP15DC)
-NS Pack: SD40-2 (reskin of CSX or UP SD40-2), GP40-2, SD70ACe (reskin of UP SD70ACe), C40-8W
    -CSX Pack: ES44AH, SD70ACe

Forgot about that but they use a Hyundai Rotem Double Decker railway waggon instead of Caltrain coaches. Caltrain Bilevel coaches have issues on MBTA high-level platforms due to them being 121cm 48 in above the rail. Caltrain platform height is 38-55cm

But the MP36 still can haul single levels, MBTA often mixes single and double level coaches anyways
