Good afternoon. At the very beginning of the game I start to meet some incomprehensible bugs / errors. The first video where the locomotive simply refuses to slow down without wagons attached. In the second video, incomprehensible forces keep the locomotive in place... I must say right away that the content on the video is in Russian, since I am a citizen of Ukraine 1. 2. Thanks
All right: in the first video you ran into a perennial TSW problem: they start you on a grade with the brakes cut out, and so the unit will start rolling- you need to get brakes on line fast! Sloppy design on DTG's part. But it appears you're relying on the very slow train brake to stop the loco alone. This should be done with the much faster-acting independent brake. In the second video unless I missed something it doesn't appear that you set the MU2A valve, so the independent brake isn't releasing- note that throughout you are showing 44 in the brake cylinder, and so the loco won't move.
Good afternoon, again. A new problem has arisen, which I encounter not for the first time. I just decided to write it down this time. The problem is that on the mission "Fully Fueled" I simply cannot get to the destination. What am I doing wrong? As soon as the revolutions exceed 1000, the locomotive begins to slip. I drove for half an hour at 8th speed without changing anything... Thanks!
Definitely give it a try as this will ensure other locos in the consist take their control input from the lead loco. Otherwise you are dragging them as dead weight too.
