PlayStation Horseshoe Curve - 10k Chicago - Allenstown (journey Mode)

Service 10K Chicago - Allenstown - JOURNEY MODE (2nd chapter)
Traction 2 x GP38's

Problem

You spawn in the cab of the GP38 (your train) , 57 Yards in front of you is a red light. It doesnt change and if you go past it a red you get the spad notification. The red light does not change.
I have ran this in service mode and it works as it should.
Anyone else have this problem?

Its an known bug just use TT otherwise

A bit difficult as I wanted to do this chapter (with only 3 services in it) so I can get the Complete 10 chapters trophy and then get the Platinum trophy. Oh well.

One question, how and/or where do you access the timetable mode?
I’ve looked everywhere
