Very strange. It shows it as the sale price (in pounds) when i follow your link, but if i actually sign-in to buy it switches to $19.99 (regular US price)
Ok well i tried again and was able to get the Class 31 for $8.99. Maybe my browser was loading a cached version or something. Anyway mods feel free to close this thread. Sorry for any confusion.
Edit: turns out that was the TSC version which i didn't realize until i validated the code. Lesson learned to read more carefully, but now i'm out 10 bucks ah well.

Thanks, but i never actually did though- the Class 31 is still showing as $19.99 on the US store. I'd really like to buy it for 40% off before the sale expires. Not too worried about the TSC purchase- that was clearly my mistake.
Disintegration7. If you want the class 31, submit a support ticket. They will let you have it at the discounted rate, or wait until next Thursday morning 10am pacific time and buy it in the next steam sale. The choice is yours.
Why do i need to submit a support ticket? This is a publicly advertised sale that isn't being honored on DTG's own store- at least the US version. They need to sort it out.
