I'm wondering when they are planning on fixing the issue where screenshots fail to upload? It's a bit annoying not being able to take any and share stuff to the creation club.

I keep seeing these posts and I’m at a loss. I’m having no problems at all. Whenever I switch off after playing I switch off at the wall. Then when I go back on I’m signed in and live. Uploads go straight on.
What controls do you use for making railfan screenshots? Before RH it was just holding X for a few seconds, but after RH to current day it's holding right stick pressed and holding down D-pad for a few seconds
That's odd. Since I've checked a few days ago everything is offline regarding DTL, even after trying everything nothing works for me, screenshots and mastery are offline, same for a few people. Not sure how widespread the problem is, and why you (and others are not affected) while others are. The only thing I know as a fact is that this doesn't work - or at least it didn't the last two times I did it.
Good news (if any community manager thinks it's inappropriate to post this here let me know), got this as a response to a ticket sent about this issue: "[...] Firstly, we are aware that many Xbox Series X players have been unable to upload Railfan Shots, and we are currently investigating this issue as a matter of urgency. Furthermore, there has been some recent downtime on the Dovetail Live servers due to connection issues, which means there is a large backlog of player data waiting to be processed. This means you may experience some delays between completing a challenge and that process being registered on the server. Please bear with us and hopefully all of these issues will be resolved with the next few days. [...]" So good news, I also want to take this opportunity to say I've sent a few tickets lately and the response was always top notch. Props to the guys at customer support, I don't envy them having to go through my walls of text describing issues and such.
Lets just hope that us xbox players don't need DTL for this pringles competition that's mentioned in today's(20/6/22) update!
there’s a QR code in game, if you scan it the prize possible is a Pringles Series S console and something to do with game pass, not sure if this is the final thing of it though to be announced
This seems like an Xbox Series X problem. I couldn't upload shots, progress mastery and my overlays were broken. I loaded the game up on my computer with gamepass for PC. All those things worked. The caveat being, nothing past and including the rush hour DLC is available for that platform. So I got my Xbox One X out and installed TSW2 on it. Again everything worked. Got my level 1 mastery in Sherman Hill and uploaded a shot. Don't know if that helps the devs or not but that has been my experience with this issue. Hopefully it can be sorted out soon.
