So a couple months back after the release of metro north dovetail said they would give Long Island Railroad a update to fix the sounds and led’s It’s been well over for the three months I’m pretty sure maybe more and we’re still waiting for the update dovetail where is it
Same with every pres crew update. Waiting to be tested and stuff. Qa is already packed and if a route has any issues, it gets fixed then back in qa, there a few weeks and stuff until it's good. Also lirr did get a pres crew update already so most likely waiting more cuz there's older routes that still haven't been updated
Oh OK but you said that they’re probably not gonna give Long Island Railroad an update but the weird thing is I was playing around with my M7A That I made to look like a M9 and it says Penn station
The m7a is only for harlem line. Also it's dynamic I think so it knows what your destination is on each map. M7 is lirr which doesn't have the train pis or whatever is called
Lirr was one of the first routes to get the preservation update with rapid transit but it didn't get like the onboard destination system
Long Island is on the roadmap for a "small" Preservation Crew update. It's currently sitting in 8th place out of 11, but positions are flexible.
