So, LBM has some layers, but only on 9th gen and PC. This is probably due to the amount of sevices (br 377 has over 1000). But lately they announced on roadmap "DLC manager" that will load only currently necessary add-ons to decrease RAM usage. Does it mean 8th gen will (or at least be able to) finally get layers for London Commuter? Please share your opinions. Have a nice day!

    I don’t (unfortunately for 8th Gen)

As what is currently on London Commuter for 8th Gen is just one add on, it seems that it can’t handle more than one (the problem stemming from memory of individual locos, rather than service amount)

Example of what I’m referring to: (not realistic)

    1200 services of 377’s = Fine
    800 services of 377’s + 1 DB 101 = Crash

I’m of an opinion (thought) that 5000 services of 377 are better than 20 ish different trains with one service each on 8th Gen

Manager is more I think for PS to turn on and off content due to Giga Byte limit (from what I’ve heard I’m on Xbox Series X)

edit: where this may play more of an effect is if there’s a route where 8th Gen can handle 2 or more dlcs and then once that limits reached you can swap out add ons that breach that limit

Well with the TSW3 leak on the stream, I bet that it won't include 8th gen.
