Rf&p Subdivision For Tsw2

I suggest the RF&P subdivision which runs from Richmond VA to Washington DC it could include Amtrak services, Csx services, and VRE services. The route would most likely start at the CSX ACCA Yard and go all the way to DC Union station. I suggest having a switcher locomotive in acca yard with switching services. Another thought I have is, having it set in the 80s with chessie system, RF&P, and Amtrak services but I would be fine with both. Hope this gets to the devs, Thank You.
