For some, no. But then there's already the personal achievement of getting a good drive done, the additional AP points, the gold medal (if you get enough points) and the achievement on steam... What do they want? A pat on the back, a special cooked dinner and maybe their choice of partner to come round and see how the evening goes?

Understand that people enjoy the game in different ways. Achievements for routes and locos are quite standard in the game to be honest so it's not surprising that some arent happy that no achievements were made for this dlc

Not to mention the daily 50 Microsoft reward points for getting an achievement :)

I’m genuinely surprised that we haven’t seen a thread accusing DTG of taking money from pockets based on this.

Has been a busy week, only just got around to watching the 484 preview. Can I just say a big thanks to DTG JD to at least putting my question to Rivet - and I thought you and Jasper done an excellent preview stream overall, am actually very much looking forward to the updated IOW and the 484.

There are five 484 units on the Island… I believe that some will be present at St John’s Road.

I look forward to unlocking the 483. Being static, I’m hoping it will be in the red livery.

I had that same thought when they showed off the plushee - "Oh that looks great! .. and its gone."

Overall the route and train themselves look great, well done Rivet.

If you go to the mastery page in game which is in the area that has the dovetail logo, you should see the mastery page. You have to be logged onto dovetail live in game though I think

Not a fan of these walking tasks if Im honest and 2 miles seems a long long way even virtually.

I believe you can run at about 30mph or something a bit ridiculous?

I think it's more something around 15-20mph. Trains on WSR (max speed 25mph) are definitely moving faster than you can run.

(You can run faster on PC by using console unlocker and a command.)

can confirm, can't run 25 mph on WSR
I vacated the driver's seat on WSR to take care of some collectables
    Service starts moving
Oh no I must've released the breaks
Run up to the cab and notice an AI driver driving away
I yell some obscenities as I do my best Usain Bolt impression for about a quarter mile
tried opening doors, tried uncoupling cars before it pulled away completely
    Literally Grand Theft Loco

You can always ctrl+0 to teleport back to the cab if you have a keyboard connected.
