Ok so since the last update WSR is now playable. But now to my delight I've noticed that the passengers will only board if you open the doors on the apposite side of the train to the intended boarding platform. This happens at several stations. I'm currently running a CUH-1216 C-Chassis PS4 if it helps. Once again DT I can't help but feel I've paid £20 for a beta test. Bored with this buggy mess, off to play Space Hulk: Deathwing. A game that at launch had a few minor bugs and glitches yet remained perfectly playable, and who's devs not only speedily fixed said bugs in one almighty update but also threw in a whole metric ton of new features and added community requested content as a way to make a mends. They have both my loyalty and my wallet.
RT, WSR, NEC... take your pick. At this point (and I'm definitely not alone) I won't be buying RSN or any other dlc for that matter until DTG sort out the pre-beta mess I've so far paid a total of £65 for. But I think we all know this will likely never happen.
I have RSN on PC and can tell you that the quality control and beta testing was done significantly better than on any of the past DLCs. Minimal bugs were present at release and the performance was really good compared to the other DLCs when they first launched
