My tsw isnt working when i get to the warning screen that says suff about not doing anything in real life and the railway is dangerous when i click to go to the route selection all it does is just crash, can anyone help me
Are you on steam or epic. If you're on steam, try verifying files. Right click, properties I think and go to files
i have tried verifying multiple times and nothing has changes it always says that 2 files didn't verify and will be reacquired
Try deleting and redownloading everything. A pain, but obviously something is very wrong with your existing game load.
Possibly delete your ini files / temporarily rename your profile directory in my documents (as those folders will not delete when you uninstall) Temporarily move out all your mods if you have any installed
Like Yerolo said, you might have mods that are not up to date or conflicting mods (current version should be 4.26), so a solution is to remove all mods and test each one to see which it is and remove that mod. Tedious but the only way to make sure
It sounds like a new installation? If you keep getting the same message about corrupt files then consider checking your drive, free space, errors etc... if its a mechanical drive run defrag or ssd try running drive optimization.
My standard answer: - Check if your computer meets the minimum system specs for TSW2. Be aware to have enough RAM and a separate graphcis card, onboard graphics will not do the job. - Make sure to uninstall all mods if you have them - Remove al engine.ini settings you added - Make sure to have the latest driver for your graphics card - Make sure to update Windows If this does not work, you may try a reinstall. If that also does not work, it is likely your computer has some kind of other problem. You may want to tell us the specs of your system.
