will the training center have a detailed how to use e.g pzb/lzb and when to resond to the safety systems and how to under stand the BR612DB diffent speed limits

And also is a yes or no answer so you could've just said

 

Will the ICE 1 get added to any other German routes?
Has any thing been done to the class 375, 465 and 395? (Sound, destinations)
Will any of the new features get on to the preserved routes in the long future?
Will the new routes have the wheelblur like the SOS route?

 

Will there be HDR support on some platforms? On PS5 Will there be some controller feedback such as haptics/adaptive triggers and/or vibrations of some sort?

 

It probably will be added as a layer to
1. (Munich - Augsburg) for Munich - Nuremberg services
2. (Wuppertal - Hagen) as a layer at Wuppertal
3. (Hamburg - Lubeck) for Hamburg to Munich and Bern services
4. (Koln - Aachen) not sure which services
5. (Dresden - Chemnitz/Riesa) AI layer
But that’s only to name a few

 

Will TSW3 support DLSS upscaling? FSR upscaling? DirectX 12?
Will performance in TSW3 be worse than TSW2 running the same route and settings?
When can we expect to find out whether progress in TSW2 will transfer to TSW3?

 

If you’ve bought any TSW2 dlc’s via download then that’s true because the PS Store will say it’s. been purchased or it’s free, in other words anything downloaded in TSW2 will have a record that you actually owned it in TSW2, not so if you initially bought TSW2 on a disc. If you did that then the base routes you initially got on the disc you will find the PS Store will still want to charge you. In other words anything you have on TSW2 on disc there isn’t any record on the PS Store that you already own it. The PS Store is I assume the place you will get the free transfer of TSW2 dlc’s into TSW3.

 

Both ways are available. They showed that in the 40-minute stream on Tuesday.

Will there ever be a connection from Eastbourne to Ashford via Bexhill, Hastings, Rye, etc on the Southern DLC?

 

Will there be a dynamic service issues system that creates obstacles, challenges and other issues that weren't predicted to further emulate actual driving? (Train in the block ahead causing a delay in your timetable, signalling issues, leaves on the track, etc)

 

Some of the Cajon pass is shared trackage between BNSF and UP. Are there any plans to add UP entries to the time table?

I'm stoked for the longer routes. I'm especially excited for the extension to the SEHS. Are there plans to extend more routes?

With the longer routes and some of the best passenger services in the world it begs the question. Will we ever see a full northeast corridor route from NY to Washington? Even if it's split into NY to Philly and Philly to Washington?

Please tell me you're going to say April fools and leave the save game feature in TSW3 while you fix it.

 

Has SEHS timetable been changed to make it easier to stick to time when using the Class 395 on the ‘Classic’ part of the route? I drive to time and speed but always end up a few minutes late by the time I get to Gravesend (heading to St Pancras).

Also, will TSW3 bring about the end of the mandatory 60/30 second passenger loading times at stations?

 

Will Train Sim World 3 have improved optimisation over Train Sim World 2? Such as smoother framerates and less stuttering?

"Not only will a change in weather affect your own operations but it may also hinder other traffic on the line. This could lead to unexpected delays in other services, or signals clearing at a different time. Operating your service on auto-pilot should be a thing of the past."
If the dispatcher can handle "rain delays" and path trains accordingly, why can't we have random delays for other reasons (anything from medical emergencies, failed trains etc etc) which would cause delays all along the route.
We've been told in the past that such delays would cause the dispatcher to fail.
Have recent works on the BKL dispatch system now allowed "minor delays" which could be populated onto timetables?

Why is an RTX 3070/RX 6800 recommended for the sim? Is it a mistake or is there a major raise in GPU demand?

 

They said on a stream:
Recommended as in this will give you 4k at a stable high(ish) FPS depending on the rest of your rig at ultra settings.

Personally I'm happy with 40fps at 1080p but other people may want that magical 60...

 

How many services are there on the new SEHS and are easy to keep to time or not

 

Why haven't the prices been reduced for some add-ons where you have already owned them in TSW 2? For example, if someone owns SEHS and Spirit of Steam and would only like the extended and upgraded version, you shouldn't be needing to pay extra for routes you already owned.

 

Why there is no pre-purchase discount offered other than the Deluxe Edition Bundle? I've checked both Steam & Epic store, just showing normal prices. So what's the point of pre-purchase if there's no any good deal for us user/player? So the only different would be the ones who already pre-purchase it can get 4 days early access of the game? Could possibly have been asked already but..

Are these longer routes going to be the new standard in terms of overall length? Or will we go back to short 30 mile sections for future DLC releases? (I sincerely hope not) (Excluding full routes which are shorter obviously)

With Southeastern High Speed being extended to Ashford and Dartford, does this mean that route extensions are now possible on other older routes?
I am sure that I am not alone in wanting to see GWE extended to include ALL of the branches between Paddington and Reading.

 

Is there any plans for multiplayer in Tsw3... Its always been a rumour but really unclear with tsw 2... Would be nice to know if its a definitive plan

Why are the 146.2/dostos and 442 ai only when we can drive them to germunden and further on rb53 and orther services?

• Will we ever get a working EBuLa System for German Locomotives in TSW3?
• Any Chance for a Route between France and Germany? Where we would net to Switch the Electric Systems to the according Country? Like a Route from Karlsruhe (GER) to Nancy (FR)?
• Will we get dedicated "Nightjet" Wagons für Kassel-Würzburg or how was "Nightjet services" meant in the Roadmap yesterday?

 

Can you please comment on whether the achievement problems as announced before TSW 3 will also be fixed in TSW 2?

 

Please reconsider scrapping the save game option for TSW3!
While it is not working properly (and it is beyond me how you still have not solved this issue after several years), it is absolutely the worst option, to get rid of a save function in TSW3 all together!
You should of course have solved this issue before releasing TSW3. Alas, you did not.
But disabling it for maybe many, many months (given DTG's track record) is NOT a good solution!!!

Better have an option which sometimes does not work (in my case 50:50), then not have it at all.
Don't make the fact you did not solve your problems in TSW in time OUR problem, please!

 

Yes would be nice if you go into it, was asked several times yesterday in the thread to the Routemap Part 1 where there was not yet here.

The Achievement / Trophy Team would be nice if it is addressed.

 

Can we expect features like Multiplayer and/or route builder at some point in TSW 3 or will we have to wait for the next TSW game?

 

- For the sounds of the Class 375, are they a direct port of the Class 377 sounds, or have some things been tweaked? I personally found these sounds way too quiet from the train's interior.

- Will older loco add-ons become compatible with the Training Center? Some of them could really use independence from their home routes (basically the BR 101).

- Has rain been improved visually?

- How have you managed to develop multiple routes that are significantly longer than every single route that TSW 2 offers? Can we expect to see more routes in the future reaching 80/90/100 miles?

- Perhaps a silly question, but do you see TSW 3 ever getting a Nintendo Switch version?

 

• Can you categorically state London commuter won't be fully upgraded to have all the features included in the base TSW3 routes?

 

I think that’s a you problem

 

With the two roadmaps answering many questions I had, even the ones I thought are to minor to be featured in the roadmap, I still have a few left:

-Rain draw distance was always very dissapointing in TSW2, it felt as if 2m infront of you, it just stopped raining. As seen here:

Will that draw distance increase?

-When quickly switching between the end or the front of the train, or just moving the camera quickly, during the rain it takes a while for it to "rain again". Hard to capture in a picture of course, but it is as if the rain "followes you" but way to late. It takes you out of the emersion very easily. Is that something that's been fixed?

-As above, when you move the camera, or move in the train, the windows that feature raindrops or snowflakes get "clean" again. It's not persistent, but restarts when you look away and back at it again. It creates moments where you're exiting your rained up, soaking wet train, and get back in only to see everything dry in the middle of a rainstorm. Will that be fixed too?

 

There's mention of Seasonal Timetables - is this a reference to the Autumn Leaf Fall Timetable (UK) that has slightly extended journey times to make allowance for smoother acceleration and braking due to potential poor Rail Head adhesion? And does this directly/indirectly have an influence on the Sparking effect demonstrated on SEHS?

 

Which variant of the ICE 1 will be added (german or german-swiss(international) )? If the International, will we get swiss panrographs or the Safety Systems? (Integra and ETCS)

 

Hopefully GSI so we can use it on L-S

 

Will the render distance be the same on TSW 3 as it was on TSW 2?

 

Why has there been no effort put into having the correct (or at least similar) power lines on Cajon Pass? They are really iconic to this route, and them being wrong takes away at least some immersion for me.
