I keep having this same thing happen every time I am on northbound (not sure of up/down direction) and approaching 22 street I end up reaching the prior signal which is showing red, I am waiting for a long tome but this never clears and contact signaller is no use. This happens every timetable run towards San Francisco and I can't do anything but wait until the alarm for idling goes off which does not cancel. It seems the first AI train supposed to arrive in to SF after spawning the train just stops outside of the station causing a queue in each section. Why is this happening every time?

The newer push pull trailer also has no power, I have everything on, brake blown and everything set as with other control stands sets but it will not move at all. How am I supposed to get this set to move?

If I get you correctly, you are talking about the red signal issue. There is a thread dedicated to reporting incidents like that: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/red-light-issues-feedback-thread.54408/

Again, if I get you correctly, you are talking about getting the train to move when driving from the "Bi-Level Cab Car" on the Baby Bullet train?
There is a switch called "Cab Setup" that needs to be activated, also a parking brake might need to be released (these steps are not necessery when driving from the locomotive. Maybe this is the problem.

I have switched on the cab key switch as well as the three other switches (generator, run mode & control). The brakes are on, they are building train pipe to 110 and releasing. The parking brake is also off (light not illuminated), doors closed, door lights off and door panels disabled. I can't tell if there is traction or not as there is no ammeter in the Bombardier trailer or the NS/Budd trailer but I assume there isn't as the brakes appear to be fully off..

Alright, I think I found it. Press the "Engine run" button once (the button on the right, not the switch om the left, you don't need to hold) after turning on the three switches and before applying power. This should do the trick.
