Bring back the GP40-2 and Steel Coil Cars

They can and maybe they should. They will have to do a little work on them and maybe a lot of work rebuilding the loco but it can be done. As a PS player, I’ve not had the pleasure of using the GP40-2 as it was never available.

 

Just like they couldn't bring back the ACS-64 and Amfleet coaches?

 

Even if not the same model as the TSW2020 one. The GP40-2 shares the same frame as the GP38-2. It uses the same prime mover as a SD40-2. It wouldn't take much work to get one back into TSW2/3 if DTG wanted to.

 

If the gp40 were ever to come, it would be better if it came with a route, not an individual loco

 

Excellent idea and why not bring them in BNSF Paint with SD70ACET4 Steel Coil Cars alt paint versions CSX and Union Pacific.

 

As far as i remember, the GP40-2 was only ever available as part of the Train Sim World Deluxe Edition Bundle(the first ever release of the game on console). Still have it in my Downloads but a huge bummer that we can't use it in TSW2 or TSW3 :/ Cheers
