Unexpected Benefit Of Dynamic Weather, Seeing In One Run How Much The New Storms Impact Performance

The dynamic weather unexpectedly allowed me to get an idea of the performance overheads of the new storm effects on Series S in a single SEHS run just now.
Turns out that in 1080p mode I got 40-50fps the whole way, right up until the storm stopped. Then suddenly everything jumped up to 57-60.
Those storms are, uh, pretty intense on the hardware, huh?

 

Still not played yet. I'm interested to find out what performance impact on the pc. I had the more weather options mod for tsw2 and thunderstorms didn't touch the performance.
