As usual the UI was designed for PC and I can't figure out how to change date or weather with the Xbox controller.
Assuming it’s the same as on PlayStation, when Get Started is selected (the box will be grey instead of white) press up 8 times which will take you to Dynamic Weather, then press right to change to custom weather, this wakes up the rest of the settings. The setting you have highlighted will be in pale yellow text compared to the white text, press left or right to move the relevant sliders, thankfully these come in bright yellow when selected. If you want to keep the dynamic weather but stop it raining so often then change the month to July.
Thank you for your help. Am I the only one to think that pressing up 8 times, going one step backwards, two frontwards then turning the controller upside down is a bit ridiculous? Dovetail, any word on this?
