I hope it won't be the usual £25 that it normally is . Because it's old content for example Bakerloo.
The price isn't going to change. Whatever the price is on tsw2, is the price it will be. But since you're on pc, you will get constant sales that makes the dlc super cheap so just get things on sale
But the base routes hadn't had separate price set. Their price was included in the price of the TSW2 core package. Now they will be separated for TSW3, so I don't think it will simply be TSW2 price / 3, but rather the full (or slightly reduced) price of a single route, hence the price will change.
How much were they charging for the TSW2 versions of GWE and Rapid Transit, which were the original TSW base routes? It'll probably follow that.
TSW1/2 DLC prices will probably remain unchanged....I am more curious about the pricing of TSW3 content going forward. I assume more work goes into them with the lighting, will that then be passed back onto the consumer ?
My guess is that as TSW3-native DLC is rolled out, first Preserved Collection and then TSW2 DLC will be progressively discounted
I must admit I was pondering this the other day, thinking of getting LGV Med to get the TGV for SEHS. However not paying £25 for it and even with a 40% discount come the sales, still quite expensive. Some of these routes are quite old now and if they are not getting a TSW3 makeover maybe it is time for a permanent price drop, on anything over three years old.
