Gwe Not Seen As Part Of Collection

I am on the Xbox series X.

I am now downloading all of the dlc's, and the only one that is giving me problems is GWE. It wants me to pay for it again. All my other preserved collection dlc's have no issues.

I do own GWE on TSW2.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
